Role Overview:
As an Expert Coach for our accelerator, you will play a crucial role in the development and success of our startups. You'll be responsible for delivering learning sessions and coaching in your specific expert domain contributing to startup growth and progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions on your specific expert domain.
- Answer questions and offer strategic insights during group discussions.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive environment within the accelerator community.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree and proven track record in your expert domain.
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, or leading startups.
- Strong understanding of startup ecosystems and the challenges faced by early-stage companies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and provide actionable insights.
- Proactive and self-driven with a passion for helping startups succeed.
- Experience with fundraising and investor relations is a plus.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
